Return of good quality goods

– Goods of good quality specified in the List of non-food products of Good Quality that cannot be exchanged, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2020 No. 2463, including, but not limited to:

  • Dietary supplements of adequate quality cannot be exchanged or returned (art. 1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 02.01.2000 № 29-FZ "On the quality and safety of food products", art. 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 "On Consumer Protection")

– The return of goods of proper quality not specified in paragraphs 2, 3 of this Section is not possible due to the fact that perfumery and cosmetics are included in the list of non-food products that cannot be returned and exchanged: (Decree of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998 №55).
A refund can be made only in case of improper quality of the product, namely, a manufacturing defect of mechanical parts.

Return of goods of inadequate quality
